In a heavy bottom pan dry roast the besan flour till the raw smell of the besan flour gone.
Melt the ghee and add the besan flour. Mix it vigorously to avoid lumps.
In another pan add sugar and water. Stir continuously until you get 1 string consistency.
Add ghee-besan mixture to the sugar syrup. Stir continuously.
Gently add the remaining ghee in to the mixture.
Stir till the ghee got separates from the sides of the pan.
Grease a plate with ghee and pour the mixture. Spread it and allow it to cool
Cut the mysorepak to your desired shapes.
